Presence in Potent Times is a 6-week course tapping the science of self regulation as it weaves into the wisdom from yogic disciplines. Each class will have a consistent container of movement, stillness, reflection and exploration using the concept of the Kosha’s as the lens to build perspective. The intent is to move participants toward outcomes that strengthen the capacity to navigate change while keeping connected to kin and community.
