Wellness Educator

For decades, I’ve been integrating wisdom from the yoga traditions with the science of self-regulation in carefully curated classes, courses, and individual instruction. Inspired by models that uplift community well-being, I’m committed to designing safe spaces for folks who seek an earnest relationship with mind, body and other aspects of being.

Guided by the natural world and time-tested teachings - the mothers, poets, musicians, trees & other wisdom keepers - I seek to build a deeper relationship to the sensual body, fostering compassion and connection. For over 30 years, a dedicated yoga & meditation practice has helped me to harness potential, navigate losses and to express self as an authentic being.

I live as an undaunted, compassionate presence and offer tools to navigate ingenuity and creativity while staying grounded and present.
