Blend the science of self-regulation with wisdom from the yogic traditions to maximize the potential for each day. In this course we will work with the physical body and breathing, thought and perception, and connecting with core aspects of being. Group classes will combine movement, guided meditation, reflective practices and opportunities to harness intentional outcomes.

Through the lens of the Koshas participants will explore where there is static in the system and steps to shift daily use of energy toward a more equanimous self. Working from a place of purpose, this course will offer strategies to strengthen pathways of intentional embodiment, deepen the capacity for compassion, and provide tools to stay engaged as a potent presence.

For folks who would like to practice yoga postures without putting the head down and while keeping weight off the shoulders and wrists. This class will focus on foundational postures with dynamic sequencing without downdog or other postures the invert the head.
