Blend the science of self-regulation with wisdom from the yogic traditions to increase your capacity for in everyday living and to maximize the potential of each day. In this course we will work with the physical body and breathing, thought and perception, and connecting with core aspects of being. Group classes will combine movement, guided meditation, reflective practices and opportunities to harness intentional outcomes.
Through the lens of the Koshas participants will explore where there is “static” in the system and steps to shift patterns of energy toward desired outcomes.
